Apple TV+ recently dropped a new teaser trailer, showcasing an electrifying lineup of highly anticipated Apple Original series and films set to make their global debut in the coming months. The teaser offers a glimpse into the upcoming comedies, the biggest dramas, and the brightest stars across Apple Original titles.
New and Returning Apple TV+ Series
Among the upcoming shows is “Platonic,” a comedy series featuring Seth Rogen and Rose Byrne as former best friends reconnecting after a long rift. Meanwhile, “The Crowded Room,” a gripping limited series starring Tom Holland, is set to premiere on June 9, 2023. The series follows the life of Danny Sullivan, a man arrested following his involvement in a shooting in New York City in 1979.
In addition, the second season of “Swagger,” inspired by NBA superstar Kevin Durant’s experiences, is set to premiere on June 23, 2023. The series explores the world of youth basketball and the fine line between dreams and ambition, and opportunism and corruption.

On June 28, 2023, viewers can look forward to “Hijack,” a tense thriller starring Idris Elba. The series follows the journey of a hijacked plane as it makes its way to London over a seven-hour flight.
On the other hand, “The Afterparty” season two, set to premiere on July 12, 2023, explores a different character’s account of one fateful evening, all told through the lens of popular film genres and unique visuals to match the storyteller’s perspective.
“Foundation” season two, based on the award-winning novels by Isaac Asimov, is set to premiere on July 14, 2023. The series chronicles a band of exiles on their monumental journey to save humanity and rebuild civilization amid the fall of the Galactic Empire.

The remarkable coming-of-age story of Stephen Curry, “Stephen Curry: Underrated,” is set to premiere on July 21, 2023. The feature documentary documents Curry’s rise from an undersized college player at a small town Division I college to a four-time NBA champion.
“The Beanie Bubble,” a new Apple Original film, is set to premiere globally on July 28, 2023. The film explores why the world suddenly treated stuffed animals like gold.
